Facilities:

The Organizing Committee certifies that it has access to the following facilities:

Diving Operations Headquarters.
Meeting and Conference Room.
Support Ship (Not applicable for Horizontal Immersion attempts).

Staff:

The Organizing Committee certifies that it has availability of the following staff:

Medical and Emergency Response Personnel.
“Safety Diver Level 1” certified divers enough to cover all applicable positions.
“Safety Diver Level 2” certified divers enough to cover all applicable positions.
Enough reserve personnel to cover a vacancy in any of the above levels.

Equipment:

The Organizing Committee certifies that it has access to the following equipment:

Diving Equipment suitable to cover all positions from zero to the goal depth/goal length.
All needed equipment for the Freediver to safely conduct his/her training and record attempt.
Suitable equipment to dispense and/or blend the appropriate gas or gases to be breathed by the Support Divers, and access to the gases themselves.
Any other equipment as described by the rules of F.R.E.E.
