I, __________________, Supervising Officer
of the Organizing Committee appointed by the freediver ___________________
for his/her Record Attempt in the _______________________
category to a depth/length of _____meters/ ______ feet on
the date of ____/____/______ accept the following duties and
responsibilities on behalf of our Organizing Committee and
the Freediver:
 Carry
out this attempt and all related operations preceding it in
strict compliance
with all applicable standards, guidelines and procedures set
by F.R.E.E.
To
assume the traveling and accommodation expenses of the Judges
appointed
by F.R.E.E. to verify this event.
Maintain
up to date contact with F.R.E.E. regarding the date of development
of the Record Attempt.
To
include in all official documents, communicates and releases
regarding the
attempt a statement declaring that such attempt will be or
has been verified by
F.R.E.E.
To
allow F.R.E.E. to position at least two (2) signs with its
name and logo on
the site chosen for the Record Attempt.
The
Judges appointed by F.R.E.E. will also be allowed to wear/use
any
apparel/equipment showing F.R.E.E.’s name and logo if
they so decide.
I, __________________, active member of the Board of Directors
of F.R.E.E. accept the request for verification for the above
record Attempt on behalf of F.R.E.E. and declare our intentions
to judge this performance based on the two principles that
constitute our philosophy: “Safety and Fairness”.
We accept the following responsibilities:
To
appoint two (2) Judges to verify this performance. These judges
will have
the appropriate qualifications to conduct their duties according
to the category
and depth/length of the attempt.
To
provide the Organizing Committee with all the needed documents
required by
F.R.E.E. with enough time to allow compliance to the rules.
Not
to publicly divulge information regarding the category and
goal depth/goal
length chosen for the attempt until fifteen (15) days prior
to the date of the
attempt, or at any earlier time if the Freediver directly
instructs F.R.E.E. to
do so by means of written form.
To
adopt a completely neutral and unbiased position regarding
the
sponsors/supporters the Freediver and his/her Organizing Committee
have
chosen for the event. Likewise, F.R.E.E. accepts the right
of the Freediver to
request the participation of any other agency to verify his/her
Record Attempt,
provided that this does not interfere in any way with the
rules of F.R.E.E.
