F.R.E.E. (Freediving Regulations & Education Entity) is happy to announce two new freediving world records. On July 19th, Turkish freediver Yasemin Dalkilic established the new record in the Limited Variable Ballast category (Salt-Water) with a historic dive to 100 meters/ 328 feet in a dive time of 2:30 minutes. With this dive Yasemin became the first female to break the 100 meter mark in this category.

Four days later, on July 23rd, Yasemin put her name on our Record List again, this time reaching 120 meters/394 feet in the Unlimited Variable Ballast category (Salt-Water) in a dive time of 2:45 minutes. Both dives took place in Bodrum, Turkey. F.R.E.E. Judges Hal Watts (USA) and Rudi De Nardo (Italy) were appointed to verify these attempts.
