For inclusion under a specific level, all judges must present all the pertinent certificates that qualify them to perform their duties down to the maximum depth of that level. These certificates must be current and accompanied by a log book showing consistent and recent dives within that depth range. Depending on their qualifications as Scuba divers, Judges are grouped under at least one (1) of the following levels:

Level 1: Surface Judge
This judge can only perform the duties required by the Surface position.

 

Level 2: 40 meter/131 feet Judge
This judge can perform the duties of a Level 1 Judge and the duties required by the Underwater position down to a maximum depth of 40 meters/131 feet.

 

Level 3: 90 meter/295 feet
This judge can perform the duties of a Level 1-2 Judge and the duties required by the Underwater position down to a maximum depth of 90 meters/295 feet.

 

Level 4: 200 meters/656 feet
This judge can perform the duties of a Level 1-2-3 Judge and the duties required by the Underwater position down to a maximum depth of 200 meters/656 feet.
